Browsing is free for everyone, and a free account lets you rate therapists you booked through it. Nova adds prices, advanced filters, Available now, and favourites with alerts.
Nova, our paid membership, adds tools for choosing a therapist. Anyone can look through Sensunova, read ratings and send a booking request without an account, and a free account adds one thing: rating therapists you booked through it. Nova members get each therapist's rate in plain sight, results you can order by price, filters that work together, a view of who's free right now, and favourites with alerts.
Therapists set their own rates, and Nova doesn't change what you pay for a massage. You see the rate before you book and spend less time searching — that's what the membership is for.

Every listing shows the therapist's rate to Nova members, who can sort by it.
Combine availability, massage style, therapist gender, home visits, shower on site and rating in one search.
See which therapists can take you right now.
Save therapists and get an email when a favourite is available now or a new therapist lists in a province you choose.
Therapists set their own rates, and Nova doesn't change what you pay for a massage. You see the rate before you book.
A rating is only useful if it can't be gamed, so a few simple rules sit behind every score. Here they are.
Only registered members can rate a therapist, and only one they booked through their Sensunova account — one rating per therapist. A therapist you didn't book through Sensunova can't be rated, and nobody gets a second rating for the same therapist. Anyone can read ratings, with or without an account.
Your name is never shown. New ratings are held back and published three at a time, so a therapist can't match a score to a particular client. Therapists see their scores the same way you do, which means you can rate frankly and still book again without it feeling awkward.
A new therapist shows as New — not yet rated until their first ratings come in. Every score on a profile comes from members who booked that therapist through Sensunova, with no exceptions.
A rating is 1 to 5 stars on six criteria — Getting there (skipped for home visits), The room, Professionalism, Care and attention, Technique, and Overall. Only Overall is required. You can also tick any of the same ten tags, whichever therapist you're rating:
There's nothing to type and no comment box. A profile shows the overall average with its star breakdown, the average for each criterion, and how many times each tag was ticked — nothing else.
Enter your email address and we'll send you a link that signs you in, so there's no password to remember. The same link creates your account.
