How Sensunova covers the country
Sensunova is new, so here's where things stand. The directory starts in the Western Cape, and every other province is open for therapists, day spas and salons to join. Each province page fills in as practices in that area sign up, and until then it says plainly that there's nobody listed yet rather than padding the page.
Wherever a practice is, from Sandton to Upington, it lists on the same terms. Treatments are given on a professional massage table. Only registered members can rate a therapist, and only one they booked through their Sensunova account — one rating per therapist. A therapist who's new to Sensunova shows New — not yet rated until their first ratings are published. Ratings are anonymous — your name is never shown — and new ones go live three at a time, so no single rating can be traced back to one client.
If your town isn't covered yet, two suggestions. First, look at home visits — therapists who travel often cover far more ground than their home suburb. Second, if you know a good therapist nearby, send them our way: a single-therapist listing in a small town is R30 p/m. The map fills in one practice at a time.
